Pathways to Discipleship

From January 7th through February 4th Passages Class looks at five key Passages in the Gospel of John. Beginning with the powerful declaration of “the Word made flesh,” the class explores life-changing encounters with Jesus and revelations of who he is - the light of the world to the very bread of life. In a critical moment in Jesus’ ministry, when the crowds begin to desert him (John 6), Jesus asks the disciples if they are going to desert him too. Simon Peter replies: “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.”
